The role of the “Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist” is to assist the priest in the distribution of the Body and Blood of Christ at the parish masses.
A commissioning session is required once every two years. Eucharistic ministers must be 16 years of age and have received all their sacraments of initiation, namely, Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation.
The purpose of the Greeters Ministry is to greet parishioners and visitors to make them feel welcome and comfortable as they arrive at church and to prepare them for worship with a sincere smile, a warm handshake and a loving hello.
Greeters may consist of individuals, couples, or families, including children. Please know that this very simple act which requires no special training, no experience, no special skills and no regular meetings can set the tone for a worshiping community in a way that nothing else can.

The purpose of this ministry is to educate children on the importance of making a return to the Lord for all our blessings, specifically with our treasure. Children volunteers come forward with the ushers to hold the collection basket for other children to deposit their collection envelopes. A children’s offertory is taken at the 9:00 a.m. and the 10:00 am masses.
Ushers provide many services, including helping people find a seat during crowded Masses, finding volunteers to take up the gifts, passing the offertory baskets, guiding the congregation in line for communion, passing out bulletins at the end of mass, and generally assisting anyone who needs help during mass.
ENVIRONMENT & ART
The Environment and Art ministry provides artistic enhancement to the liturgical space in keeping with the seasons of the liturgical year.
